Our new home is available for rental all year round for your vacation of a lifetime at the private residential community nearest to Walt Disney World - just off Highway 192. Privately owned, our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to provide up to 10 guests with accommodation of the highest standard. Fully air-conditioned and fitted with plush carpeting, there are many extras to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. The perfect base for your vacation... Our home has the benefit of two impressive Master Suites with queen size beds. The spacious En-suite bathrooms have direct access to the screened pool area. Three other Bedrooms are each beautifully furnished with twin beds and are located adjacent to family bathrooms. All bedrooms have the convenience of fitted wardrobes. The 'Great Room', is a spacious family area with comfortable sofas, large cable TV, video player and CD music system. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai porch and pool area. The Dining Area is is located adjacent to the Great Room and Kitchen, and is tastefully furnished with ample seating and family sized table. Our kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar and has every appliance that anyone could need including cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffee maker and enormous fridge freezer with icemaker. There is a separate laundry room equipped with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. With younger guests in mind, the 'Nook' is casually furnished with sofa and a second TV.
